Who We Are

The Center for Relationship & Intimacy Well-Being is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in cultivating healthy, fulfilling, and authentic relationships with themselves and others. We approach healing and growth through the four dimensions of body, heart, mind, and spirit—offering a space that honors the whole person and their unique journey. Our work is deeply rooted in holistic, integrative, trauma-informed, and sex-positive principles, ensuring that every person feels seen, valued, and supported. By addressing the interconnectedness of physical health, emotional well-being, cognitive insights, and spiritual fulfillment, we empower our clients to embrace their full selves with compassion and confidence.

Our Approach

At CRIWB, we embrace a comprehensive and innovative approach that blends psychotherapy, sex therapy, somatic healing, and spiritual exploration. Our integrative model is:

Holistic & Somatic:

We recognize that healing happens not just in the mind but also in the body. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and mindfulness, we help clients reconnect with their physical selves, release stored trauma, and rediscover pleasure.

Spiritual & Transformational:

We honor each client’s personal journey, offering a sacred space for deep self-reflection, healing, and empowerment. Whether through ritual, meditation, or energetic practices, we support clients in stepping into their fullest, most vibrant selves.

Innovative & Evidence-Based:

We stay up-to-date with the latest research in sexuality, relationships, and neuroscience, integrating modern science with ancient wisdom to provide the most effective and transformative care.

Collaborative & Multidisciplinary:

Our network includes medical doctors, OB/GYNs, hormone experts, psychiatrists, pelvic floor specialists, and other clinicians to ensure our clients receive the most comprehensive care possible.

Meet Our Founder & Team

Jacqueline Mendez, the founder of CRIWB, is a bilingual and bicultural sex therapist, psychotherapist, and coach with decades of experience supporting individuals and couples in creating deeply connected and fulfilling lives. She is passionate about integrating holistic, somatic, and spiritual practices into therapy, honoring the wisdom of the body, and helping clients reclaim pleasure, vitality, and wholeness.

Our team includes skilled professionals who specialize in intimacy, sexual health, relationship dynamics, trauma healing, and somatic therapy. Our clinicians and collaborators are continuously engaged in ongoing education and professional development to bring the most effective and cutting-edge approaches to our clients.

Who We Serve

We support individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on:
Those navigating perimenopause and menopause, seeking holistic support for the mind, body, and spirit. Our approach integrates medical collaboration, somatic practices, and spiritual exploration to help clients embrace this transition with vitality and empowerment.
Partnerships and individuals exploring identity, intimacy, and healing from cultural and religious taboos around sexuality. We provide a safe and affirming space to unpack generational narratives, heal beliefs around pleasure, and cultivate a fulfilling relationship with oneself and others.
Couples looking to enhance communication, deepen intimacy, and reignite passion. Whether addressing desire discrepancies, rebuilding trust, or exploring new dimensions of connection, we offer compassionate guidance tailored to each couple’s unique needs.
Individuals healing from trauma and seeking a pleasure-centered approach to sexuality and self-connection. Our work is trauma-informed, integrating neuroscience, somatics, and expressive therapies to support healing, reconnection, and reclaiming joy in the body and relationships.
LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples seeking affirming, inclusive, and sex-positive support in navigating their relationships, identities, and desires.
Those curious about expanding their sexual well-being through education, guided exploration, and a holistic framework that centers pleasure, embodiment, and wholeness.
Individuals and partners in consensual non-monogamous (CNM) and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships who seek guidance in communication, boundary-setting, and emotional well-being.
