Kink Therapy & Kink Related Issues

Kink therapy is helpful if you are interested in exploring or updating power exchange or more intense BDSM type play in your sexual and intimate relationship. It’s also a beneficial place to improve communication and discuss types of desires and/or fantasies with a partner or spouse.

Kink therapy and sex therapy sessions allow for a neutral and experienced therapist to help guide the exploration and discussion, all while offering education and resources where needed.

How Sex Therapy Can Improve Your Relationship

Ethically Non-Monogamous Relationships

Sometimes couples—in either currently opened or closed relationships—desire to negotiate or re-negotiate their monogamy contract which may include other partners. These conversations can be challenging and filled with varying emotions, such as fear and jealousy, as partners branch into varying and new type of relationship openness.

Sex Therapy, with an ethically non-monogamy trained therapist, can offer guidance on challenging issues of communication and intimacy, and help encourage more productive conversation. It can also help to address the developmental stage of a couple, family, constellation or pod.

Our Approach to Poly, Open, BDSM and Kink Therapy
